AUP Community Meet-Up: Let’s Connect

Living with Arachnoiditis can feel incredibly isolating. Arachnoiditis Unfiltered’s Community Meet-Up is a welcoming, informal online space for patients, caregivers, loved ones, and anyone affected by Arachnoiditis to connect with others who truly understand.

There is no agenda, no presentation, and no pressure to speak. Come exactly as you are—whether you would like to share, ask questions, offer support, vent, or simply listen.

You are welcome to participate in whatever way feels best:

• Meet others in the Arachnoiditis community

• Share your experiences

• Ask questions

• Offer support or encouragement

• Listen quietly with your camera off

• Join for a few minutes or stay for the full session

What to expect:

• A friendly, community-centered peer-support conversation

• Respectful discussion and shared understanding

• No pressure to speak or turn on your camera

• No presentations or formal agenda

• No “one-size-fits-all” answers
