Mind Body Solutions offers transformative adaptive yoga classes designed specifically for people living with chronic pain, neurological conditions, and disabilities. Their innovative approach uses breath, awareness, and alignment to help participants reconnect with their bodies in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Audience: Open to people with a wide range of conditions, including spinal cord injury, Arachnoiditis, MS, and others
