Join us for a supportive peer group designed for men navigating life with a spinal cord injury in the Greater Toronto Area. This space encourages open, honest conversations about the unique challenges and triumphs that come with living with SCI. From discussing health and independence to exploring identity, relationships, and mental wellness, the group offers connection, community, and camaraderie among men who understand each other’s experiences. Whether you’re looking to share, listen, or simply connect—you’re welcome here.
