Giving Tuesday started in 2012 as a simple idea to encourage people to do good. Over the years, it has grown into a global movement that inspires millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity year-round.

This day is an opportunity for people around the world to come together in unity and use their power of generosity to stay connected and heal. While Giving Tuesday happens every week, the annual global celebration of generosity only happens once a year.
