Always consult your healthcare provider before making medical decisions. 3. **Protect Privacy** Do not share personal details (yours or others’) outside this group. 4. **Stay on Topic** Keep discussions focused on Arachnoiditis, related conditions, disability resources, and community support. 5. **No Promotions or Spam** Advertising, fundraising, or unrelated links are not allowed unless approved by ACMCRN. 6. **No Political Speech** Political discussions are not allowed **unless directly related to healthcare, disability rights, or patient advocacy.** When sharing these, please be respectful and constructive. 7. **Support, Don’t Judge** Everyone’s journey with Arachnoiditis is different. Respect differences in treatment choices, beliefs, and experiences. 8. **Report Concerns** If you see something inappropriate, please report it to the group admin.
