Fees

We do not rely on insurance reimbursement or submit insurance forms at our clinic as our investigations may not be covered by conventional insurance plans.  We will provide a bill for your appointment that you may file with your insurance carrier, with the understanding that any services including labs may not be covered by your plan.  Outside billing services can submit your forms to your carrier for a fee.
