Please change ‘cause’ to ‘may’ cause Arachnoiditis. While there are multiple causations this not only confuse people but add weight to any legal redress if caused by doctor/surgeon. This can be seen for instance with the ESI vs CIAA argument “which one caused you condition?”

This argument is used worldwide in courts to win cases, getting those responsible off.
