Hosted by Mind Body Solutions

Mind Body Solutions offers transformative adaptive yoga classes designed specifically for people living with chronic pain, neurological conditions, and disabilities. Their innovative approach uses breath, awareness, and alignment to help participants reconnect with their bodies in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Class Details

  • Format: Online via Zoom (with some in-person options)

  • Audience: Open to people with a wide range of conditions, including spinal cord injury, Arachnoiditis, MS, and others

  • Instructors: Certified adaptive yoga teachers trained by Mind Body Solutions founder Matthew Sanford

  • Cost: Many classes are offered at no cost or with a suggested donation

  • Accessibility: Classes are designed to be inclusive and supportive of all abilities
