Have you tried using Breathwork to help you deal with your #pain?


You can literally change your perception of pain and sit in a higher brain state through breath work exercises! It is another tool in your treatment #toolbox


Tich Mukunga presented some examples in his #peersupport meetings that we held in the spring. One of our volunteer members was so inspired by the results that she curated a number of different types of Breathworks exercises and has given to us to share!


I will start sharing a new breathwork exercise each week. Tich Mukanga will come back to lead another set of presentations, but we need to find at least 30 people willing to sign up to RSVP first.
