This Arachnoiditis Awareness Month, we are honored to feature Sara Lewis, RN, in our Faces of Arachnoiditis series.
As both a retired registered nurse and patient advocate, Sara offers a powerful perspective on the challenges of recognition, diagnosis, and being heard while living with Adhesive Arachnoiditis. Her advocacy is especially focused on raising awareness of the potential risks of epidural and spinal anesthesia during childbirth and supporting mothers who believe these procedures may have contributed to their condition.

Support Arachnoiditis Awareness Month
Arachnoiditis Awareness Month is more than a campaign. It is an opportunity to raise visibility, support patients and caregivers, and continue building resources for a condition that is too often overlooked.
Your donation helps ACMCRN continue our work in patient education, community support, awareness efforts, advocacy, and the development of research-centered resources for the Arachnoiditis and Chronic Meningitis community.
Every contribution helps us reach more patients, support more families, and keep moving this work forward.
